Fused glass is glass that is heated to about 1450 degrees in molds. You can make a variety of thicknesses and shapes. This glass can be polished. Fused glass is good for mantle pieces, sculpture, sidewalks, screens, walls, table tops, and lighting. It can also be laminated with a variety of textured backs and sides. It can also be bent for sculpture and lighting. I have developed about sixty forms of fused glass.
